You will work on our purchasing team to ensure the acquisition and delivery of materials to support our lean manufacturing environment.
If you have 2-5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment and aspire to one day move into a senior purchasing or management role, this could be the job for you!Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the products and services on-time, priced properly, and in the needed quantities.
Utilizing our ERP and related systems, generate reports and develop spreadsheets to facilitate the flow of information.

and foreign purchasing and logistics documents.
Assist in the development of continuous improvement processes to streamline the purchasing function.
Key Requirements:
You should pay close attention to detail and be motivated to achieve goals and work with a sense of urgency.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in math, reading, and writing.
Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM software.
Preferred mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, telephone etiquette, and organizational skills.
Ability to work full-time at our manufacturing facility in Souderton, PA.
Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Business Process Improvement Communication Coordinating Customer Relationship Management Enterprise Resource Planning Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
