25 Primary Function:
Responsible for set-up and operations of extruders striving for quality efficiency and minimal waste.
General
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery to maintain proper gauge of materials Monitor production to maintain quality Prepare for upcoming jobs and perform changeovers Perform presentation of daily Management board Oversee continual training of assistants Maintain production and MRP reports Perform and maintain Dept TPM schedule Report all safety related problems, accidents and emergency maintenance to immediate supervisor Troubleshoot process and equipment problems Trash removal Observes plant safety policies Maintain dept 5s and master cleaning schedules Perform other related work as required General
Qualifications:
Ability to operate Extrusion machines.
(Fres-co will train) Use of hand tools, such as wrenches, scrapers, die gauges, screwdrivers, tape measures, etc.
Basic computer skills Repetitive walking, bending, and stooping Lifting requirement of over 70 lbs.
